Return Time Frame
You can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.
Conditions for Return
We only accept returns if:
- Product is defective or damaged
- Wrong item is delivered
Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns if:
- Product is used or damaged by customer
- Return request is made after 3 days
- Customer changes mind after delivery
Refund Process
Once we receive and check the product:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days
- Refunds will be sent via bank transfer or agreed method
Exchange
We may offer exchange instead of refund if product is defective.
